Maersk Training in Aberdeen
Maersk Training in Aberdeen is a purpose-built training facility that provides world-class safety training to the oil & gas industry in Scotland. The centre specialises in offshore survival training, emergency response fire fighting training and additionally offers an extensive portfolio of internationally certified marine, safety and medical based courses, as well as specialist courses in confined space training, working at height, rigging and lifting, drilling and emergency management.
We provide a comprehensive range of offshore survival, management, safety, medical and people skills courses including: OPITO-certified basic offshore safety induction and emergency training (BOSIET), further offshore emergency training (FOET), minimum industry safety training (MIST), helicopter underwater escape training (HUET), and HSE and MCS-approved medical and first aid courses.
Emergency Response Fire Fighting Training
All fire fighting courses are delivered on-site from our state-of-the-art, purpose built fire ground by operational fire fighters with over 25 years experience in the Fire Service. Fire courses are run to the OPITO and STCW standards, are run on an open calendar basis, however courses can also be run on request to suit clients needs, have training carried out in teams and courses can also be run at weekends.
We are approved to run OPITO courses for emergency training in offshore operations.

The course programme also offers a number of specialist training courses through exclusive partnerships and associations. These include: confined space training in exclusive partnership with Mines Rescue; working at height, rigging & lifting courses in association with Allied Training Services; marine based courses in partnership with Clyde Marine; and people skills courses in association with AYS.
