This key role will support the client in all the aspects of Virtual and Onboard Trainings, assisting in the Administrative Department, organizing the evidences and planning/controlling the Onboard Trainings. You will become part of an engaged team who support our company to deliver a Better Learning Experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Audit of evidences
  • Issue and send certificates
  • Organize hard copy and digital copy of evidences
  • Customer service
  • Control virtual classes
  • Request logistics
  • Issue reports
  • Plan embarks

We are looking for

 An organized person with a willingness to learn and grow with the company. If you have a Safety Technician graduation or an experience in Administrative Department, this must be an advantage, but this is not essential. The essential requirements are:
  • High School Graduation
  • English Level – Intermediate
  • Excel Level Oriented
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Excellent Communication
