Are you our new Commercial Assistant?

Key responsibilities

  • To assist the Key Account Executive on administrative tasks
  • To assist on achievement of sales targets and development of new business streams
  • Keep the activities logged with the commercial and finance information
  • Overview and tracking of Purchase Orders and Contracts
  • Develop and maintain Customer Relationship
  • Assist on execution of the sales territory plan of customer wallet
  • After sale support of customer wallet
  • Assist on client training booking
  • Assist wider commercial team when required
  • Assist on marketing campaign when required
  • Maintain a high corporate image at all times
  • Travel as required for events or customer meeting
  • Any other assistance on sales activity as required
  • Support on specific clients account and private delegates

Measurement/success criteria of the position

  • Yearly sales figure as per forecast for customer wallet
  • Monthly activity overview figures, including the POs requested against received
  • Commercial customer feedback

Collaboration and support

  • Communicate and work with other departments
  • Close relationship with Operations Department is important in order to ensure that bookings can be completed
  • Close relationship with Finance Department is important in order to ensure that sales are being invoiced and paid in due time

We are looking for

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programme
  • Preferably strong knowledge of CRM system
  • Intermediate proficiency in both written and verbal English
  • Graduation level, preferably within administration, commercial or finance discipline
  • Self-driven, service minded, ambitious and organized
