Our focus is to have a valued portfolio of courses in the maritime industry. We deal with all aspects of the maritime life from special courses like Leadership Assessment, Surviving Piracy & Armed Robbery (SPAR) and Shipboard Management for officers to more basic introduction courses for electrical operation, hydraulics and pneumatics. Our facility is equipped with Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic laboratories as well as a Liquid Cargo Handling and ECDIS Simulator.

People skills training include cultural awareness, time management, assertiveness, conflict management, communication and negotiation skills as well as leadership assessment. For some people skills courses we work with trained psychologists. We genuinely believe that the learning effect will bring the highest impact when the trainers have an operational background allowing them to understand the working environment of the customer.
