We offer a challenging work area where two days are not alike and with a great opportunity to make use of your previous Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance experience. You will be reporting directly to the general manager in Esbjerg.
Key responsibilities
Ensure the general management system is kept up-to-date, fully implemented and aligned with company standards, industry standards, training standards as well as relevant legislation, thus ensuring we are operational and compliant at any given time.
- Full compliance with all relevant internal and third-party standards
- Responsible for all QA related approvals as well as internal and external audits
- Responsible for Occupational Health & Safety activities
- Ongoing verification of assessments incl. competence and risk assessments
- Ensure all activities are conducted with highest consideration for health and safety of employees and participants
- Ensure all activities are conducted under regulatory requirements for the environment
- Responsible for accident/incident investigation and reporting
- Overall coordination and implementation of all HSEQ related activities
- Assist the management team with HSEQ related projects as required
- Support achievement of HSEQ objectives for Maersk Training
We are looking for
Your profile:
- You are an experienced professional in health & safety and quality management
- You have excellent motivational communication skills
- You are proficient in both written and verbal Danish and English
- You have a solid experience with MS Office tools, SharePoint and data-disciplined
- You have experience as internal auditor, preferably Lead auditor within either ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001
- You have knowledge about safety training standards from OPITO, GWO, STCW or other related training standards
- You can occasionally travel to e.g. our location in Svendborg
