We offer

Maersk Training Brazil is looking for a proactive and motivated analyst to plan resources to support operational demands. The successful candidate will be part of our innovative company, constantly working with the development of new simulators and advanced technical training to improve operational performance and safety. Maersk Training Brazil operates within O&G, Maritime and Wind industries.

Key responsibilities

• Check availability of instructors, classrooms, and further resources if required
• Confirm availability with requester and update Scheduling Tool accordingly
• Check availability of instructors and setup planning for onboard training when required
• Update, control and request SISPAT records of instructors as per operational
• Support onboard or onshore instructors when required (procedure, requests during training)
• Support for monthly reporting of instructor utilization rate
• Control and request PPE as per operational demand
• Request instructors logistics as per internal procedure
• Support Operational Coordinators as per demand

We are looking for

• Must be highly self-driven and result oriented
• Have a positive and proactive approach
• Be willing to learn, contribute actively and grow with the organization
• Have a tolerant, creative and co-operative personality
• Must have excellent communication skills
• A structured way of working, showing attention to detail
• Fluent in Portuguese both verbally and in writing
• A background in the Maritime or Energy Industry is a plus

Minimum requirements:
• Graduation, preferably Engineering, Administration or Safety
• 3-year minimum experience with operational planning or similar role

Desirable requirements:
• English as a second language
