Key responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reporting and Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating and data-driven reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel VBA. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in RPA, Excel VBA and Power automate to streamline data processes and enhance automation capabilities.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain interactive visual reports, dashboards, charts and measure with KPI scorecards using Power BI and Excel VBA.
-Utilize RPA, Excel VBA and Power automate to automate data workflows and integrate various applications, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and design impactful visualizations and reports.
-Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline existing processes by leveraging automation tools and techniques.
-Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
-Explore and implement ways to enhance data quality and reliability.
-Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in data visualization and automation to drive continuous improvement.
-Demonstrate a solid understanding of our organization’s IT system, including data sources, systems, and platforms.
-Adapt and comprehend the Operations and Finance processes of our TMS clients, effectively translating information to deliver actionable insights.
