Based in Houston, as our new colleague in our Customer Service team you will provide first-class service to clients, playing a key role in enhancing the quality of the services offered. You will manage our main reception area, greet and direct all visitors, booking delegates into courses, supporting our instructor team with setting up classes and provide general workplace and administrative support to the company. You will be manning our front desk from 06:30am to 2:30pm.

o Professionally answer, screen, and route all incoming calls
o Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
o Open/close reception area daily and maintain its appearance throughout the day
o Sort all incoming mail accordingly
o Assist with office activities, events, and other business needs as assigned
o Manage office supply ordering
o Manage office catering
o Securing seats and booking courses
o Communicating joining instructions to participants
o Identifying and communicating with other suitable training providers
o Classroom & meeting room scheduling
o Completed course paperwork uploads and filing
o Certificate issuance
o Invigilator and proctor assistance
o Contractor assistance & printing
o Conference & special event setup
o General maintenance & upkeep of the facility
We are looking for
• You are outgoing and enthusiastic with a robust character.
• You will be highly driven, able to work independently whilst still being able to fit within a small team.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment.
• A commercial focus and a customer-centric view with a priority to quality customer service are also important.
• You can communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and written.
• Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, MS Office products, and similar computer-based software.
• Prior experience with coordinating training activities including arranging for classroom and field-based training efforts is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
