Addressing sexual assault, harassment, and discrimination (SASH) in the workplace serves a dual purpose: supporting victims and fosters an inclusive work culture onboard within the maritime and offshore industries. Implementing proper procedures and mechanisms is pivotal to ensuring the well-being of individuals and nurturing a physical and psychological safe work environment.

This course aligns with the new STCW requirements on prevention of violence and harassment onboard, including sexual assault and harassment.
