Maersk Training was established in 1978, following an incident caused by human error. The accident highlighted the need for better training, something that could have prevented the event. At Maersk, where our core value is "no loss should hit us which can be avoided with constant care," this was unacceptable.

From day one, our focus has been clear: enabling our customers to improve safety and operational performance. We equip professionals in demanding industries, such as wind, maritime and oil and gas, with the skills and knowledge to enhance safety and optimise operational outcomes.
