The course provides participants with basic knowledge and practical skills in the inspection, deployment and use of a Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS) for helicopter emergency situations.
The training is delivered in accordance with OPITO requirements for the UK offshore sector.

Prerequisites
No prerequisites.

Who is it for?
Personnel who are required to travel by helicopter in the UK offshore sector and require training in the use of a Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS).

Assessment
Participants are assessed throughout all practical training. If a participant does not successfully complete the practical training, the reason for the assessment outcome will be provided. At the end of the training, participants must complete a theoretical test. Participants who do not demonstrate achievement of the required competence objectives will not successfully complete the course.

Certification
Upon successful completion you will receive a certificate in accordance with OPITO requirements for the UK offshore sector.
