Purpose of IADC WellSharp Introductory Level
The IADC WellSharp Introductory Level course is designed for entry-level personnel in the drilling industry who are new to well control operations. This two-day course provides foundational knowledge of well control principles, kick detection, shut-in procedures, and basic pressure management techniques. The training aligns with the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) WellSharp standards, ensuring participants gain a solid understanding of well control fundamentals to support safe and effective drilling operations.

Obtain sufficient knowledge to pass a written IADC WellSharp test with minimum 70% score.

Certification
Upon successful completion, participants will receive the IADC WellSharp Introductory Level certificate valid for five years.
