Introduction to IADC WellSharp Supervisor Surface Only
The IADC WellSharp® Supervisor Surface Stack course with Workover & Completion Supplement provides advanced well control training for personnel with supervisory responsibilities in drilling, workover and completion operations. Delivered live by an instructor in a virtual or face to face classroom, the course combines interactive instruction, worked calculations, case studies and supervised discussion to develop well control knowledge and decision-making. Required practical simulator/live-well assessments are completed through arrangements approved under current IADC WellSharp® requirements.

Prerequisites
Successful completion of IADC WellSharp® Driller-level Drilling Operations training or satisfaction of applicable current IADC WellSharp® prerequisite requirements. Learners must also have reliable internet access, a computer with audio/video capability, and access to the approved virtual classroom platform. Any identity verification, proctoring or practical-assessment arrangements must comply with current IADC requirements.

Who is it for?
Toolpushers, drilling supervisors, drilling engineers, company representatives and other personnel with supervisory responsibility for well control during surface-stack drilling, workover and completion operations.

Assessment
Successful completion requires passing the applicable IADC WellSharp® Supervisor Surface Stack knowledge assessment, the required practical simulator/live-well skills assessment, and the Workover & Completion Supplement assessment. Knowledge assessments may be administered remotely only where permitted under current IADC requirements and with approved identity verification/proctoring. Required practical assessments must be completed using an IADC-approved method and location; they are not replaced by virtual classroom exercises. Current IADC WellSharp® assessment and pass criteria apply.
