This course provides participants with a practical and reflective exploration of culture and its impact on teamwork and organisational performance. Through the use of cultural mapping tools, interactive group case work, and facilitated discussions, participants translate theory into real-world insights. The course concludes by anchoring key learnings at individual, team, and organisational levels, ensuring that cultural awareness is turned into meaningful and sustainable action.
