Introduction to Leadership Training for Frontline Leaders

This course is designed to strengthen the leadership capabilities of frontline managers through a practical, personalized, and results-focused learning journey. Participants begin with an individual profiling assessment that provides insight into their leadership style and areas for development, followed by a one-to-one feedback session with an experienced Maersk Training coach.

During the interactive workshop, learners are introduced to a relevant leadership toolbox covering essential skills such as delivering effective feedback, using powerful questioning techniques, coaching conversations, and building trust within teams. The experience is reinforced with an individual coaching session after the workshop, ensuring that key learnings are translated into clear actions and sustainable behavioral change in the workplace.

Prerequisites

Participants will be sent a link to a self-assessment tool, and offered a feedback session where they will receive their results. Both steps must be completed before commencement of the F2F workshop.
