The purpose of the program is to develop participants thinking in processes and systems, learning to see the end-to-end flow through the business, understanding process bottlenecks where improvements make most sense – improving the whole process/system performance towards the customer satisfaction and reduced costs. By understanding benefits of VSM, participants are able to create meaningful VSMs and Kaizen Plans.
