LOTO Review builds on QET and LOTO Person in Charge rather than repeating the introductory lockout course. Through Introduction to LOTO Review, Lockout Instruction Steps and Lockout Instructions, participants develop a systematic approach to reviewing the completeness, accuracy and usability of lockout instructions. Emphasis is placed on identifying omissions, unsafe assumptions and inconsistencies in energy isolation and verification steps, and documenting corrective actions before instructions are relied upon.
