Introduction to Oil & Gas Production Fundamental

To give employees an introduction to common process equipment and operations related to typical oil & gas production processes. The introduction shall give a complete overview of the process from well to export, make them understand why and how produced fluids are processed, and enable them to demonstrate knowledge by applying it in a series of simulator exercises and class room discussions.

Essential Information

Prerequisites

None, but ideally the participants have min. 3 months of offshore experience before attending.

Who is it for?

The primary target group of the training will be offshore technicians (production and maintenance) and CCR operators. Other groups that can benefit from the training, could be Production and Maintenance supervisors, lab technicians, HSE advisors etc. and staff working in on-shore support functions.

Assessment

Multimedia post-test and a practical test in simulator. Min. 80% score is required to pass the course.
