LO1: Define the term energy isolation. LO2: Define common terms associated with energy isolation and lockout and tagout operations. LO3: Explain the purpose of energy isolation. LO4: Identify the typical regulatory requirements associated with energy isolation. LO5: Describe the key roles and responsibilities associated with LOTO operations. LO6: Describe the key stages in energy isolation. LO7: Describe how the lockout and tagout process works. LO8: Identify the steps required for plant reinstatement.

80% pass mark
