I can't remember my password. What do I do?

On the LMS login page, select the option 'Forgot password?'. The standard method of Resetting a Password is by clicking the Forget Password? -button on the LMS login page. After clicking Forgot Password? the Forgot Password page will open. On this page there are two different fields available. When entering a Username or Email Address make sure the spelling is absolutely correct. Make sure there are not any additional spaces, or missed characters. The Reset Password feature requires a perfect match and any mismatching characters will not successfully reset a Password. After entering either a Username or Email Address, click the Reset Password button. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.This will enable you to reset your password and access the LMS dashboard.

What equipment/systems do I need to run the course?

Our online courses and the LMS platform are compatible with most mainstream tablets, desktops and laptop computers. Internet access speed of 300Kb/sec or higher is recommended. All courses have audio, therefore, sound will need to be enabled on your device.

Yes, courses can be played on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, as well as standard desktop and laptop computers.

Typically, access to the course is available for a period of 9 months from the date of enrolment. This can vary for accredited/approved courses, depending on approval body requirements.
