The perfect balance between digital learning and hands-on practical training

Blended training integrates two key components: e-learning for the theoretical aspects and on-site practical sessions for hands-on application. The theory-based learning is delivered through engaging e-learning modules, which participants complete at their own pace before attending the practical sessions. This approach offers the best of both worlds—allowing your team to learn when and where it’s most convenient, while still gaining critical practical experience in a real-world environment.

Participants are enrolled in their e-learning course approximately three weeks before the practical training session. This allows them ample time to complete the theory portion of the course at their own pace, using any location with an internet connection. Once the e-learning is successfully completed, participants attend one of our training centres for the practical component. Here, they can apply their theoretical knowledge in a hands-on setting under the guidance of our experienced instructors.
Delegates can complete the e-learning portion at their own pace, reducing time spent away from work and minimizing disruption to their schedules.
While the total learning time remains the same, the blended format allows participants to maximize their time on-site by focusing exclusively on the practical elements.
By completing the theoretical training beforehand, participants come to the practical sessions better prepared, leading to a more focused and effective learning experience.
