Fletcher Technical Community College is a public community college in South Louisiana with deep ties to the region's offshore, maritime and energy industries. Through this partnership, Fletcher and Maersk Training jointly support workforce development across the Gulf Coast – combining Fletcher's role as a trusted local educator with Maersk Training's global expertise in safety-critical industries. The collaboration helps prepare the next generation of technicians and operators entering offshore wind, oil & gas and maritime careers.

Brief description: The Giraffe Work Training Centre is a full-fledged GWO-certified training centre powered by Maersk Training. With the capacity to train up to 1,500 wind power maintenance technicians per year, the facility offers training in Japanese and English in various courses required of wind power maintenance engineers under a world-class environment and facilities. Giraffe Work Training Centre is one of the largest GWO-certified facilities in Japan in the highly convenient Tokyo metropolitan area (Kawasaki City) to develop human resources related to offshore wind power generation.

Saudi Electric Services Polytechnic (SESP) is a leading vocational training institution in the Kingdom's power utility sector and an ACCET-accredited training provider. The partnership between SESP and Maersk Training supports the Kingdom's National Renewable Energy Program under Vision 2030, building local workforce capability for the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector. Together, we are designing and delivering long-term training programmes – from six-month to multi-year pathways – to prepare thousands of trainees for careers in wind and renewables.
