Key Responsibilities
Manage course bookings and scheduling for open courses and bespoke training.
Publish courses in internal systems and ensure accurate information is maintained.
Send course materials to participants and trainers in a timely manner.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Plan and coordinate course deliveries, including resource allocation and canteen orders.
Update templates and archive documents to maintain compliance and organization.
Coordinate with IT for training laptop setup and troubleshooting.
Ensure smooth technical support during training sessions.
Collaborate with the Business Support team in Chennai to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute to process improvements and maintain high service standards.
