The Managed Services platform - instant compliance overview
The fully digitized Managed Services Platform, developed in-house by Maersk Training, consists of three components:

The Portal gives an overview of the entire crew and access to advanced management and reporting functions, e.g., for compliance audits. Used by Training Managers, HR, Line Managers, etc., as well as the Training Coordinators from Maersk Training who work on behalf of our clients

The mobile App is used by crew members to see their individual training and competency status and certificates, letting them take responsibility for their development. This also where they communicate with Training Coordinators from Maersk Training. Notably, all certificates are available also in offline mode

The Learner website is very similar to the mobile App, but works across all devices. It does not support offline certificates
