½ day assessment, based on tests and personal interview with MT- Psychologist

Maersk Training Personal & Professional Assessment (MT-PPA)
2 day assessment (Face-2-face), based on tests and multible candidate interviews, group tests with MT-Psychologists .

Maersk Training CRM Assessment (MT-CRMA)
3-5 day assessment (Face-2-face), based on Practical Technical Skills tests in simulators and Human Factor/Behaviour observations done by MT-Human Factor Specialists and/or MT-Psychologists .
