A course that delivers rigging training from the perspective of a Supervisor monitoring the job site and not the expert doing the rigging. This course delivers the basics to rigging inspection and use, identifies good and bad practices, but then uses leadership and communication to teach the Supervisor when to intervene, how to effectively interrupt the job, and how to ask appropriate questions.

At the end of the course, participant will be able to:

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of ASME and API rigging standards
• Demonstrate how to efficiently and effectively interrupt a job
• What good and bad practices are
• Have confidence in stopping the job and speaking with the professionals on the job site.
