Pumps, Compressors & Reliquification Plant
Instrumentation & Auxiliary systems
Basic operations and procedures – LPG
Special operations and procedures – LPG
Cargo Operations Routine – Loading & Discharging
Emergency Operations, System Faults & Remedial Action
Prerequisites
Deck Officers - Management and Operational level
The participant should be able to:
Demonstrate practical knowledge of and ability to plan and ensure the below mentioned LPG tanker operations safely:
Purging with inert gas
Gassing up
Cooling down
Loading
Loaded passage operation
Unloading
Ballast passage operation
Liquid freeing
Warming up
Inerting
Venting
