This is a Drill with a new “story” every time constructed in cooperation with the client where the Top Management in Head Quater mobilize the Crisis Management team and train the response a couple of times per year.

• Mobilization
• Log in and use of Crisis Manager system
• Conduct the emergency meeting
• Fullfill their role in the emergency team
• Close out and end the emergency situation
