To attend the Shell Robert training facility, students need to be sponsored by their employer. Upon enrollment, the employer will be required to fill out an external agreement form. This course covers the duties of the Helicopter Landing Officer and Deck Assistants. Proper communications with helicopters, identifying/locating hazards on deck, helideck checks, passenger control, landing and takeoff operations, loading freight and aircraft crash/fire/rescue training focused on emergency response for heli-emergencies & passenger rescue.
