This course is designed to ensure the delegates have the knowledge, skills and behaviour to be competent in performing electrical isolations on TEPDK offshore installations, on both low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) systems, in a safe manner. Thus ultimately reducing the risk of personal injury and prevent damage to assets due to operator error, and ensuring all electrical isolations and work comply with TEPDK procedures on Electrical Isolation and Working, as well as follows the Danish legislation.

The training will provide the participant with a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and behaviour regarding safe performance of isolation design, work planning, isolation and de-isolation of electrical equipment and systems. Key learning focus will be on risk identification and mitigation in the planning and execution process, and demonstrating the competency and ability to comply during a series of practical exercises.
