With more than 200 senior attendees, 25+ sponsors and exhibitors and over 15 hours of networking time, this is the industry’s biggest commercially focused construction and O&M conference and exhibition.
It will take place on the 22nd – 23rd November at London’s Novotel West Hotel and the team from Maersk Training will be participating across both days.
On the first day, James Costello, Maersk Training’s Careers & Employment Manager, will be leading an interactive workshop. Between 4:30 – 5:30pm, James will be discussing how to efficiently transition your skills to be able to work in the offshore wind energy sector.
During the Workshop, James will be introducing REsource, a recruitment and training solution for employers operating in the offshore wind energy and ports sectors. Understanding the cost pressures in the market place, Maersk Training have developed REsource to support employers in reducing the cost of recruitment and training, increase the speed of acquiring new frontline staff and ultimately helping them to reduce their overall cost of employment and risk level.
Then on day two, Maersk Training’s Sales Manager, Paul Parry, will be taking to the stage for a panel talk on developing a UK supply chain and the relationship it has to play with the rest of Europe for the offshore wind industry.
Paul said: “James and I are very excited to be attending and are looking forward to taking part. I look forward to discussing how Maersk Training can support the UK supply chain to support a fully functional offshore wind industry.
We want to say a massive thanks to Wind Energy Update for organising and inviting us to feature in such a brilliant event.”
