Copenhagen Airport
On arrival at Copenhagen Airport, you will need to find an InterCity-train to Odense (some departures will have you change train at Copenhagen Central station)

Please note that the trains will not have Odense as destination but e.g. Aalborg, Lindholm, Esbjerg, Frederikshavn, Sønderborg.

It is recommended solely to arrange the travel by train and not by bus.

The last train departure from CPH Airport is around 20:38 or 21:05 hence the delegate can take a taxi (approximately 15 minutes drive) to CPH Central Station and take a train from there.

Important information
In case your flight is delayed and you miss the last train connection via Odense, you have the following options (please follow your employer’s travel guidelines):

• You can take the train to Nyborg and a taxi from Nyborg to MT Svendborg (distance: 50 km, estimated cost DKK 760).
• You can book a hotel in Copenhagen and take the early morning train from Copenhagen H (central station). You should calculate 3 hours for the trip.Check www.rejseplanen.dk for schedules.
• It is possible to take a taxi all the way from the airport to Svendborg. The cost is approximately DKK 3100,- and the trip takes 2 hours (distance 200 km).

At Copenhagen Airport, tickets can be bought at the DSB ticket sales counter, located in terminal 3 – straight ahead when you have passed customs control.

Odense Train Station
You will need to take a regional train from Odense to Svendborg.

Please note that these trains will have Svendborg as their destination and depart from track number 7 & 8 as shown in below pics.

Svendborg Train Station

When you arrive in Svendborg, take a taxi to the hotel stated in your confirmation letter. Taxis can be found in front of the train station.
